I am renting an older place. After a shower, the tub wouldn’t drain, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the sinks in the kitchen wouldn’t drain, and it was 5:40pm on a Saturday. I called In Total Service Plumbing & Scott was there in a matter of minutes. He came alone, tried his smaller snakes & realized he needed the beast to do the job… in the end, it was roots in the septic. Either way, he got it done!! Due to the previous homeowner’s hiring shoddy services, my water heater started leaking out of nowhere. I called several companies and couldn’t get any service at 8PM at night for my emergency. Then I called All Total Service. Ray came out in about 25 minutes after me calling him. Ray fixed the water heater and the leak in about 10 minutes. Not only that, but he charged me almost nothing at all. I will be calling In Total Service in the future for everything. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Scot is my go to on all things plumbing. He installed all my toilets, fixes all the pipes, installed my garbage disposal. My biggest problem was my basement was flooding due to poor drainage in my backyard. Scot suggested a channel drain to alleviate the problem. Hurricane Ida was heading our way and I was worried My basement would flood again and Scot came and installed the channel drain in the middle of the storm so I wouldn’t flood. You can see in the picture his superior craftsmanship. And he did it at a third of the price of his competitors. I highly recommend All Total Service Plumbing.
