This was such a great experience! First, they were able to put us on their schedule much sooner than we expected, then we met their crew and found them to be super professional and hard working, they completed the job (32' x 10' deck replacement) in two days, and the icing on the cake is that the beauty of the new deck exceeded our expectations! I am happy to recommend DAK Construction - they are a first in class operation!
My project was completed a year ago. It is truly exceptionally well done! This is our favorite space in our home. I contacted this company because they had 5/5 stars reviews on BBB, and that is pretty impressive to me! From day one of my communication with Tim Kidd he has been taking very good care of my "little" project. He has been following up with me about every silly question or concern I may have. They are really do care for what they do wih decency and integrity. Everything is well organized, and well planned every little detail. After all, it is all about the details- and that is what makes work process very efficient. I am so glad I trusted them with my project and my investment into it. And that has a lot to do with 5/5 reviews on BBB. Yes, people still do read them!

The whole experience was great! The entire DAK Construction team was professional and courteous. They answered every question, the crew showed great care around my gardens, they came through on every promise, and the deck is amazing. We are so pleased with the results and we highly recommend them!

Decks by Dak (Dak Construction) came well recommended, and the Company earned high marks with me. The project was completed on time with no surprises, and my new deck turned out just as hoped. The leadership for my project was always available, and the crew was polite and worked hard from start to finish. I understand why the Company is in demand and can recommend it to others.

DAK was great in every way, professional, experienced, great attention to detail, careful, good problem solvers, generous with time for decision making, friendly. we could not be happier with our replacement deck!

We wanted to replace both our aging wooden decks with Trex. Dennis came out and gave us a quote. We then decided to expand our upper deck and then decided to make the upper deck screened in with an open area for our grill. Tim was our point of contact and was extremely helpful. Our crew was led by Sanchez and he does very high quality work. We are beyond impressed with Decks By DAK.
