Doesn't take their employees health seriously, doesn't provide them with safety equipment as stated by law, shorts their employees checks and will not provide pay stubs.

Please do not hire this company if you expect timely responses or ANY RESPONSE without having to call multiple times. The individual Cindy is not only incompetent but rude. If “I don’t like my job” were a person, it definitely would be Cindy. Please look elsewhere!

Phone interaction, friendly but could auto indicate they were busy! I hate the word busy, because everyone is. I dropped off my fandelier bracket for welding. I wasn't given a time line on completion. I called after a week and a half. It wasn't completed. Was told it would be completed tomorrow. It wasn't. They said, tomorrow, it was. I paid, and left with my welded bracket. I received an apology for the timing and was thanked for my business. I would recommend and use them again. I went there on a referral. No frills it's a machine shop. Before and after photos included.

I was charged $1860 to fix rust problems on my Toyota Sequoia. I told them not to do any work to my vehicle unless they were sure they could make it road worthy again. They basically did 3 welds and told me I would be all set after charging me $1860. I then took my vehicle to 3 different garages to be inspected and all of them said there was no way that $1860 worth of work was done and that anyone should have told me that they could not repair the frame.I’m just leaving this review so that no one else is taken advantage of like I was. I tried to see if they would refund any part of my money and they laughed at me and hung up!

I have read all of the reviews and find it hard to believe some of the negative ones. I have frequented Gale's for four years. I was just there on 13 December to have a fireplace shovel reinforced by a weld. I always deal with the older lady and she is always respectful to me. They have also welded a pipe for my maul, and straighten out the splitting wedge for my log splitter. They have welded a rotor tiller handle back together while I waited for it. The maul took one day, and the log splitter was a three day job. All of the costs for the jobs they have done for were very fair priced. I recommend Gale's for all welding jobs.
