***update*** I took a Picture of the outdoor key pad and included to my review. Eli (owner) responded to my request within minutes and was at my place the following day to give me a quote. I had called another company and was given the same quote, therefore I did not feel like Eli was ripping me off because I am a female. I agreed and work began the following day. Eli’s team showed up during the time slot ever they had me down for and installed the garage opener and motor including an outdoor keypad. I was unable to stick around for the installation. Eli said it would be okay and followed up to obtain a keypad code so that they could preset for me. I was unable to take a picture of the outdoor keypad due to my pups wanting to follow me out, but you can tell from the picture that the indoor opener was installed nicely and so was the outside. His team even boxed everything up nicely and did not leave a mess. Only suggestion is for Eli to offer installation of a lightbulb for an additional cost to make it convenient. Highly recommend Eli and his team!
24 Hours Garage is phenomenal. Not only did they provide someone to see my issue within 2 hours of me calling, they were able to identify issues that would cause me more problems in the future if not fixed. Within 24 hours I had a professional at my house at the exact time promised and my garage door works like a dream now and less of a headache. Eli runs a great company, is brilliant in the knowledge he has, and always delivers on his promises. Mauricio, the professional who performed the repair, was kind, courteous, efficient, and the work was spectacular. He said the work would take 2 hours, and it took exactly 2 hours. A company continue to keep their promises. Would recommend them to any person who needs their assistance, and will be sharing them with my neighborhood, as I am sure my neighborhood has all of the same issues that I did and they don’t even know!

24 Hours Garage Door Repair was great! They got the job done quickly. Eli and Mauricio were wonderful to work with. Our door is opening smoothly and quietly. We are very pleased and would definitely go to them again if we needed work on our garage door.

A real excellent 24-hour service!
Eli was able to accommodate my need as the garage door suddenly stopped working, as he came at 10 pm per my urgent request and was able to open it up just to get my car taken outside the garage while immediately identifying the problem. He was able then to get the parts needed to change next day. Mauricio was outstanding in his work, exchanged the parts needed and made sure all well functioning before cleaning up the mess and removed the broken parts away.
All in all an excellent service and highly recommended.

I had this company out for an estimate for garage door repair. He tried telling me doors need to be maintained with spring adjustments and tightening every 6 to 12 months. Telling me I need all new springs, new shaft totalling $1500. Got a second opinion from another company, within 15 minutes the other company fix my door, which was simply a slipping drum. That cost me $85. Only nice thing about this company is they showed up same day, which is why they received two stars versus one.
I got a phone call the next day from 24 hour garage door telling me that the springs installed are incorrect. Simply was not the case being that these doors were ordered as a kit and springs came from the manufacturer with the correct size. I won’t be having this company out to look at anything ever again… search elsewhere unless you wanna be charged for things you don’t need.
