Mark completed an inspection for squirrels in our attic. We had 3 different companies come and do an evaluation- Mark not only went up into the attic and reviewed with us what he saw (only 2 of 3 companies went up into our attic), but with his background also being a firefighter, he was the only inspector that noticed the electrical wire damage from the squirrels. He was also able to give us a time frame estimate of how long the damage has been occurring based on what he found in the attic. Mark was kind enough to draft up a quick summary review of what he saw upon request so I could present it to my landlord. He also volunteered to speak directly with my landlord to provide a verbal account of his findings. Whenever I needed to clarify something with him, he quickly responds over text. I would highly recommend this company, especially Mark for pest issues.

We have been using Environmental Pest control since 2020. However, we will most likely be cancelling due to poor quality and lack of communication. Currently we have a yellow jacket problem inside our home and have been trying to get a technician out for the past week. The first scheduled date (Friday), they cancelled on us same day. They sent a tech out the next day (Saturday) but didn’t give him the correct information, so he didn’t have the correct supplies. He told us he would be back two days later (Tuesday). There was no confirmation he would be coming and when I called Tuesday, they told me they would look into it and call me back. No one ever called me back, so I called today (Wednesday), and now they are coming out Friday. The lack of promptness and communication just shows the lack of professionalism at this company. This experience combined with other issues we’ve been having has us searching for a new pest control company.

Austin administered the mosquito and tick treatment to my lawn this morning. I am very pleased with the service and Austin's knowledge and professionalism. I am rating today's service with 5 Stars.

This is a scam organization that will put you on a payment plan and then give you an early termination fee if you attempt to cancel it. There's no direct line to their cancellation department, can you guess why? Also they used glue traps when they explicitly said they wouldn't. Also, the treatment didn't work at all! The mice were still coming in from a hole in our siding, so I went in there afterwards and had to foam it myself. Nice! Here's some info from their "customer service": We have a high rate of winning disputes. Review the early termination section. In the case you happen to win the dispute due to friendly fraud, your account will be submitted to collections for its past due balance. Is this who you want to do business with?

Mark showed up on time, called to let me know that he was heading to my house and was overall very helpful. He educated me on my bat issue, going into the attic, inspecting inside and outside my house and ultimately giving me a fair price for work that needs to be done. Very impressed, thanks Mark!

Mark was extremely helpful with our home inspection consultation and came during the prescribed time slot, even calling 10 min in advance of arriving (always a plus with dogs). He was attentive and happy to answer all our questions and concerns. Thorough in his inspection and recommendations and we look forward to working more with Environmental Pest Control.

I’ve been using Environmental for over a year now and I’m so happy with the high quality customer service. They are always ready to step in and help when I have an urgent need (ants, crickets) and I’m always able to get an appointment quickly. I highly recommend them!

Noah and Ken both did an excellent job. I had an urgent bee infestation situation in my home. They fit me into their busy schedule and got the issues sorted out before the weekend came around. Highly recommend.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but this is our last recourse. On late February 2023, I contacted Environmental Pest Control due to wildlife activity inside the left wall of my house. After an initial inspection, the inspector determined that there was a bird's nest in one of my vents which was likely causing all the activity, and suggested removing it. I signed the contract in good faith and under the fair assumption that their service would resolve the “wildlife” activity (also stated in the contract) inside the wall. They charged me a hefty $600 for the work. On March 2, 2023, another technician removed the nest. The day after he came, I once again heard wildlife activity in the same location. I immediately notified Environmental Pest and asked them to reinspect and retreat the area to ensure all wildlife was gone. I was very surprised when they refused to return to fix the issue since it clearly fell under their warranty. After much back and forth, they finally agreed to return for a second inspection “as a courtesy.” On March 9, 2023, the second techinican returned to my home. In his report, he stated that there was clear “rodent activity” in the area he had previously treated. He left a bait box to confirm what type of rodents they were, saying they would take care of it in a week. No one ever returned or followed up. I wrote and called several times over the following weeks. I was in contact with *no less than five customer reps* via emails, all vowing that “someone would be in contact soon,” but no one ever did. Finally, I was able to schedule a “warranty appointment” which confirmed (for the second time?) “rodent activity”, now stating that the initial inspector would reach out. We exchanged texts which he later deleted. During our exchanges, he admitted that removing the bird's nest “should have resolved the issue” but did not. When I pointed out that his own company and a second pest company I had to hire due to the damages that were still happening inside my walls had confirmed what he missed in the first place, he confusedly explained that “rodents and birds are different.” After that exchange, I contacted Environmental Pest once again, but they refused to honor their warranty and demanded that I get on a monthly payment plan against mice and other pests instead. When I pointed out that it was the same issue I had hired them for, in the same location, something another company and their own inspectors had confirmed, which meant that they had to honor their 365 days warranty, they stopped responding. Out of option, I disputed the charges. Environmental Pest Control has since re billed me twice and sent threatening texts and emails about sending the bills to the collection, which is illegal during the dispute. Although I cannot prove ill intent, the company clearly made a mistake during the first inspection but refused to rectify it. They also did not honor their 365-day warranty and I have lost countless hours and had to pay for another company to treat the wildlife activity I had hired them for, on top of the outrageous $600 they billed me in the first place. I'm hoping this experience will serve others not to make the same mistake I made by hiring them in the first place.
