My only interaction with Cap City Awning was a phone call about work for an existing awning. Personal information was requested, then my call was forwarded to Angie's Home Advisor - a party that then takes all my information in order to connect me to potential other parties....as you'd expect from Angie's List or whatever it is called today. My point is, I called an awning shop with a simple question to start with. I didn't get an answer and instead was sent (again with no transparency) into Angie's List. So definitely not a five star experience. Not a one star experience either - it was just an unhelpful call and a slight waste of time. I just hope I don't start getting calls and emails from people I didn't intend to contact.
