I had a great experience with Capitol Awning. Their customer service is excellent and their prices are competitive. While we have only had our awning for several months, so far so good! It's an expensive purchase but worth it as it has practically added a whole new "room" onto our house. We can enjoy our deck in the hotter months without the sun and rain beating down on us. Highly recommend!
We recently had Capitol Awning install new entrance awnings at Pierce's Pitt BBQ, and we couldn't be happier with the results! The craftsmanship is top-notch and really enhances the look of our restaurant.

With out any doubt Capitol Awning is a great Company. Burt came out one evening and measured and explained in detail about the installation. Next day I still had a few more questions and visited their showroom and Alexis was as patient as ever with me to provide answers to all of my questions. The installation was done by a great team. Hands down they are the BEST!!!!!

This is our second awning from Capitol with the first one lasting 17 years. While the second awning took longer than anticipated to make, the company agreed to hold it until installation in the spring. Installers showed up on time and efficiently accomplished installation. We would recommend Capitol without hesitation.

A+ Company. This is our second purchase from Capitol Awning (we moved). Their Shadecaster awnings are fairly priced, top quality, and their customer service is excellent. I went into the shop to pick out our awning style and Will was very friendly and helpful. He also responded later, to my texts and questions quickly via phone messages. The installment was fast and efficient, although there was an approximate 6 week wait due to the busy summer season. They worked with us to install the awning when our new deck was being built. The awning looks great with our new deck and provides shade and protection from the sun and light rain. The frame, installation, and electrical controls are guaranteed for 5 years and the fabric is guaranteed for 10 years.
