Double charged the agreed amount. Branch manager yelled at me and hung up the phone. The job is to operate crane for 4 hours for moving roof trusses. Driver(operator) did for 3 and half hour and left, which is fine by me. Then the bill came for 7.5 hours, with 2.5 hour over time penalty, on top of which there is 8% fuel charge. Maybe the industry has a grey zone in general, but this is absurd. I'm giving more than one star just because the operator did a fine job. It's all management problem.

I was driving down route 10 just before the wawa and Chesterfield County landfill. When 1 of your crane trucks shot across 3 lanes. Cut me off. And looked in his review mirror and shrugged his shoulders. Like he didn't care that he cut me off. And could of took my frontend off. Just to get to Wawa.
