RK Newman was very responsive and sent out a knowledgeable technician quickly. Brandon came out on a Sunday and helped us with an electrical emergency. He identified that Dominion Energy was sending too much electricity into our house. Dominion came out and confirmed that they are at fault for the electrical issue and are sending a crew today to fix the issue that almost caused our home to burn down.

Jen went out of her way to listen and respond to my concerns (I wasn’t going to raise anything beyond the review because honestly I didn’t think anyone would care). I will update once the follow-up occurs but I do have to say that their handling of my feedback and 3-star review was exceptional. I didn’t think a company that serviced such a wide area would provide the 1:1 care that I received.
