Top notch service AND quality. I had them do the tiniest of jobs and re-vinyl my office chair's arm pads. For a reasonable price, they did an excellent job that is better than new and looks to be able to last longer to boot. They also finished the job in a matter of hours, not days or weeks. I am quite happy and will be using these wonderful folks in the future. Highly recommended.

I needed foam replacement for some sofa cushions and contacted Lakeside through their website for an estimate; I measured my cushions as illustrated on the online form. Ms. Kim got back to me the same day with the estimate which I thought was very reasonable. I took the cushions in the next day and dropped them off before noon. She told me to expect they would be finished the next day after 1:00. Imagine my surprise when I got an email back in the late afternoon that same day saying my cushions were ready! I picked them up the next day. The foam fits the upholstery cushion covers perfectly! After sitting on the old, worn out cushions for so long, the new ones are firm and we're sitting much higher instead of sinking down! Ms. Kim was a pleasure to work with and when I need upholstering done, I will definitely use Lakeside. From my perspective and the finished work I saw online and in the shop, they do a great job at a reasonable price. Plus, I am supporting a local small business. Win-Win!
