Very disappointed. Came out to service generator. Generator would not start. Diagnosis by the tech was a dead battery. Doesn't every mobile service truck for gas/diesel engines carry a jump pack? AAA can do it, but no, they could not. We elected to replace battery ourself since the existing battery had warranty. Therefore they only came to diagnose dead battery; bill was $420, charged 3 hours work to determine battery was dead! Oh, and they told me after the fact that to "fill in work for the three hours we charged" they checked the coolant and oil levels! Wow! That must have taken a really long time! Unfortunate ripoff. Also, all stationary generators are supposed to run on a regular schedule, to help keep the battery charged; if they found a dead battery common sense would dictate they might check schedule to see if the automatic startups were occurring as they should. No, they did not. I still did not know if the scheduled startups were proceeding automatically as they should. Would not recommend them or use them again.
Absolutely the worst employer on a professional level. Would never recommend a job seeker to apply.
