After working with many heating and cooling companies, this one is top notch and the best I have had dealings with. Americool Heating &Cooling is a locally owned, compassionate company that gets the job done QUICKLY! They have 24 hours service and when I sent a text on the hottest day in 40 years because my air conditioner went out, They helped get it fixed immediately, so my family was able to sleep in our home that night. Over the years I have had the Opportunity to work with the owner on more than one occasion and he has an absolutely great guy. I just had my heating and air system replaced by them within the past four years and am thankful I did. Comparable pricing and great work. You can’t go wrong with this company.

Our AC went down in the middle of the heat wave. I called couple of companies. It’s difficult get an appointment. My work colleague recommended Americool. I called and the tech came on the same day and made the precise diagnosis. The company ordered the parts the same day. We then scheduled a repair appointment on the day I can be home. Mine was the last appointment of that day, the tech still came to my house in the evening after the first few jobs. He started the work but needed additional tool. So he came back the next morning and completed the job. He double check to make sure the system has no issues. The tech is very skilled, very sharp, knows exactly what he is doing. More importantly, willing to repair instead of pushing for replacing the entire unit (cost effective). I appreciate his dedication. I am very happy with his work. I would not hesitate to use Americool in the future.

The motor of our condenser overheated due to failure with the capacitor. This happened on a Sunday morning. I called Americool as we had used them before, in fact, they installed the condenser for us almost 5 years ago. Americool responded within a few hours and I was very impressed that they responded to the call on a weekend! The owner, Chip Wells was the technician who responded and fixed the issue right away! We didn’t have to suffer without AC for too long and this was during a 99 degree day! Further, Mr. Wells researched that our condenser was still under warranty and recommended we go ahead and replace the motor. Mr. Wells installed the new motor the next day. Excellent customer service was provided by Americool! I highly recommend them!

From getting a quote years ago to service visits to yearly maintenance visits, and meeting many different employees, I highly recommend Americool. Their prices are very fair. Each employee was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, punctual, and went above and beyond to fix issues caused by rodents chewing through wires and wasp nests blocking my vents. They do not try to oversell products or take advantage of customers. The owner always follows up to ensure that the visits went well and my needs were met.
