Would never recommend this company to anybody after how they handle warranty claims and workmanship.
Work was only done in September last year and the deck was damaged then warping beyond safety which was discussed with the sales agent and noticeable by the production manager 3 weeks ago when he came out. The production manager even said this should have been replaced and warranty would cover under labor as the deck is shot not just warped (this is only now 6 months later; the deck wouldn't have magically warped in that period). However, corporate office now wants to deny this claim and state I/my sales agent should have more clearly expressed in the contract that the deck in this specific area should have been replaced, they are just shy of outright blaming the sales guy but also just shifting it to be my issue so they don't have to fix this. Even a blind man could see the deck was rotten and damaged, yet they want to absolve themselves of responsibility and still keep me paying for what would be considered incomplete work.
I'm sorry they have to rip off the shingles and do again but if it was done right the first time we wouldn't have this issue. Especially when I was in contact with the sales agent the whole day of install to make sure this area was specifically done and even pointed it out to the contractor and was assured by both it would be replaced. Why should I continue to pay for incomplete work that my insurance will flag again when inspected.
Won't recommend this company to anybody ever again post how they are handling this.
I Love my Experience with BCR Andrew Cukes really fought to get my roof Approved he kept fighting and with his Determination he got it done. I feel Andrew is a good Asset to Best Choice roofing i will refer him to get the job done.

As a contractor myself, I give few recommendations to friends and family.
But I will definitely recommend these guys moving forward.
Clear communication, accurate scheduling, fast install with good clean up.
Clean process start to finish.
Charles and Brian were very professional and friendly through the entire process.
They even got a long with our dogs which was a requisite.

I absolutely loved working with Ryan Jones for the replacing of my roof. Ryan was so thorough, he contacted me and ensured that I understood the process the entire time. He explained things in layman's terms and answered all of my questions. He texted me updates and checked in periodically. I was very anxious about the expense and the process and Ryan saw me all the way through. I am beyond thankful that our paths crossed and I would use him again!!

Hail damage and insurance approved in about 5 days, Sales team was great and kept in touch the whole way thru this process. Did not take long to schedule (they worked around my working from home) and complete the roof. I am very happy with my new roof!

Awesome Experience with BCR and All their Employees! Ryan Jones Coordinated and Explained everything from Start to Finish which made everything Execute Flawlessly. George and Tara were also came on sight to take care of business and were Great to work with. The Roof Looks Great and we are Very Pleased with our Home’s Fresh New Appearance! I would Also Like to Thank the three Gentlemen that did the work as they worked their Butts off and did a a Wonderful Job!

Just completed contract with Best Choice Roofing. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Sales team Max and Isaac were communicative, friendly, and very chill. First roof I ever saw replaced so had plenty of questions that they were happy to answer. Tara oversaw the project and made sure everything was quality. Definitely recommend!

Ryan Jones is a sales associate extraordinaire!!
He helped me in the following ways when a tree fell on my roof;
*Excellent assistance with my insurance company.
*Excellent assistance with the claims adjuster
*Worked with my personal schedule.
*Went above and beyond to be helpful.
*And even after work has come to closure, Ryan Jones still goes out of his way to give advice on things regarding my roof. What more could you ask.for? I I am very appreciative.

Highly recommend! BCR was very professional, thorough, and did quality work. They have great warranties with their work and products used, and I couldn’t be happier with the results from my new roof. It was all completed in a day, and the team was great about respecting the property and clean up. Ryan Jones was an amazing project lead and stayed with me through every step of the process, he even came and inspected work after it was all done and had some minor gutter issues fixed. He was extremely kind and answered all of my questions any time I needed him. Thanks Ryan and team!
