I have not had the PHT service for over a year, with no contract obligation, and they still charge me after sending a notice of cancellation via certified mail. This company is either desperate to continue to charge my account or lacking in customer support. I have my service with Brinks Home, please stop billing me!!!
Excellent service! He took the time to explain the system and walk me through the security system's uses and features. The sales associate walked with me to customize my package and monthly rate.

Great experience. Anthony did a great job, was efficient and explained everything to me thoroughly. The system itself is fantastic!! I highly recommend!!

The sales rep Tyler was wonderful. He really knew the product. I felt he took a personal interest in my needs. The installation technician Anthony is working effectively and neatly. So far I am pleased with Power Home Technologies salesmanship and work ethics

Technician was very professional, sales representative was not pushy and very knowledgeable. It's nice to work with a security company that has excellent customer service. I highly recommend Power Home Technologies!
