I needed a new security system as mine was getting dated. I called Praos and they sent their rep over to meet me the next day. We talked through what I wanted and they were able to accommodate most of my requests, which others couldn't. They set up the install date and did a professional job, and I have been happy with the system and their follow up service. So far, so good!

Installing a comprehensive security system with Praos Smart Security at both my home and my daughter’s home was a very pleasant experience. Mark, the salesperson and my first contact with the company listened to what my needs and expectations were and instilled a sense of confidence that I had chosen the right local home security company for what I wanted. The care taken by the technicians, Brandon and James, not to compromise the aesthetics in the home (such as placement of cameras and sensors) was impeccable. They were extremely courteous and polite. The owner, Rod, was onsite each day for the installation and explained in detail what was being done and made sure I didn’t have any questions. He’s the epitome of a professional and very knowledgeable about the products, installation and function of the system. If you are looking for a home security system, whether simple or more complex like mine, I highly recommend Praos! They are wonderful and will exceed your expectations!

Outstanding Support, responsiveness and customer care. My original structured wiring was installed in 2004-2005 new construction and most of my components are still working. The installer is the same person that formed Praos Smart Security. I highly recommend their services.
