Richmond Security made me several keys in less than 5 minutes. Much faster than the big box store to even find someone to assist you. Not to mention each copy was less expensive than the big box store's costs. Jesse assured me if the keys didn't fit he would make it right. He was correct the keys fit better than the copy he made it from.

I had Richmond Security install some Medeco deadbolts on a home I closed on in November 2016, and they did a fantastic job installing these deadbolts. I also used them to get a padlock keyed the same as the Medeco keys, as well as another one keyed like the levers on my door. I also used them to get a replacement lock for a storm door. The staff in store and the person who came out to my home to install the locks were both fantastic. I would definitely recommend Richmond Security if you would like to have some high security locks installed in your home.
