Frank was my technician for the alarm check call this afternoon. He was professional and kind. He called to report that he was 20 minutes out, arrived on time and was efficient with the service. He showed me how to reduce the volume on the alarm alert as well as showing me the battery life remaining on my door lock. Most importantly, he is the only technician that could explain why my phone would not properly indicate door lock/ unlocked when checking remotely. Thank you Frank for a taking the time to figure it out. I would request Frank as my technician every time.

What an awesome experience! Antonio was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! I never felt rushed and he made sure we had a solid understanding of our system before he left. I would absolutely suggest Antonio with Vector for any home security needs!!

I am really excited about our new home alarm system. Vector Security Installed by Josh, who by the way was excellent. He provided us with all the newest and greatest updated tools to feel safe in our home. He showed us how the system works. We asked questions he answered all and we are so thankful to have a technician like him to guide us with the new and improved security system. A kind and friendly technician happy to keep us safe. Great experience with Vector Security as our church was getting a new system installed today the technician was very professional and explained every part of our system in detail and answered any questions I have brought up and stayed until I was comfortable using the keypad and the vector app thinking about changing my home system as well
