Quick response when called. Quick set-up of stairs. Explained the features well and provided top service!
We have purchased three different stair chairs (indoor and outdoor) from Area Access, and Tyler and Nate are always very prompt with setup, service and general responsiveness. I highly recommend them!

Tyler and Tony where great! Also Office personnel. Had to call them a couple of times for minor issues and it was taken care of right away without waiting for weeks. Now that is Service! Thank you Tyler ,Tony and support staff.

I have had trouble with my stairlift in the year since it was installed last August.
Getting service is a problem because they are understaffed and perhaps not too well organized. They are very nice, though, and I love the chair when it works properly. 8/2/23
