James River Exteriors is one of the best companies I've used. We had to install a pipe to make our "ventless" fireplace usable. They installed the rock, hearth, and made our fireplace a cozy spot! The fireplace is double sided. The employees are kind, responsive, and professional. I recommend them with no reservations and will use them again.

We hired James River Exteriors to reconstruct a large stone wall and sidewalk. They meticulously pulled it apart and put it back together to make it look very fresh. It now is even, and tightly put together. We will use them for these type of jobs that need an update from the elements and time.

I have called both mobile and office phones, left voicemails and sent an email to sales over the course of the last couple of months and have gotten no response from nor spoken directly to anyone at this company. I have an itemized estimate from when they apparently came to inspect our siding while our house was under contract. I was looking forward to getting that work done but I'm starting to doubt this place is even real. If someone from James River Exteriors is reading this, it might be a good idea to add something to your website and voicemail message stating that you may not return calls or emails for a substantial amount of time due to current circumstances.

You can’t even get work scheduled with them. Over several months they take messages and never call back. Tell you only one guy can do certain work and he never calls. When you can finally discuss a job with someone and you send paperwork to do a job they disappear again. Typical no show no communication contractor.
