Replaced a rotting 3 pane door with a sliding unit. Despite some issues with manufacturing defects on the first door ordered, Richmond was attentive in making sure everything was corrected. Overall happy with the door and service.

These windows are wonderful. They always say you get what you pay for. This was a considerable investment for us but the windows are still as good as new over a year later. We even got a follow up from Brandon who walked us through once again his they all work and checked all the windows to make sure they are all still functioning. This is a quality product and we have been extremely happy with it.

Today Brandon came out today to give us an annual checkup on the double windows with half moon window above that we had installed a year ago. We are very happy with them, and they look great inside and out. Brandon gave us some tips on proper usage and cleaning. Would recommend them completely.

Thank you so much to Mr. Keen for coming and checking on my door that was installed a little over a year ago. Once again, excellent customer service and knowledge of the products that you provide.
The process of my anniversary visit went as smoothly as one would expect. Does my door still work properly? Does it still hold it's seal? And of course, am I still happy with my purchase? Absolutely!
Mr. Keen did make an adjustment do my door frame to tighten things up and now its good as new. Afterwards, we discussed some plans that I have for another door installation and some storm doors and was given some very wise advise as far as ordering products goes. Being a return customer does have its perks. :D
I very much so look forward to when I reach out to continue my relationship with Renewal by Anderson.

Fantastic work done by a great team across the whole process. They genuinely respected our wants, needs, time and home. I will call them again for any future windows and doors project, and will be referring all coworkers, friends & family in the future. Keep in mind these professionals are in high demand and you will need to schedule work with sometimes several weeks in advance depending on complexity and size of your project. We scheduled in late June, install was done early August.
