I called Kent's Insulating and was given Ryan cell phone number. We called and spoke to him and set an appointment for a Tuesday at 11. I wrote it on our board . Well Tuesday came and he didn't show. I called his cell and left a message . He never showed or returned my call. Before doing this review I waited another day to see if he would return my call but that didn't happen . Well needless to say very disappointed. He wasn't very personable when I called and set an appointment so maybe that should have been my first clue.
Had a 3:30 appointment with Brad. Gave him until 3:45 in case he was running behind. Called his cell to just confirm, he advised he was on his way and would be here in 20 minutes. 4:30, still not here. Called him back and told him not to worry about it as I had things to do, as he replied “that works”. So I guess an attic and basement is probably too much for this guy to quote, and clearly too busy to earn. The work has to be done, it just won’t be Kent’s.

James, the point of contact and the installation crew were polite, efficient and very professional. I've had Kent installed insulation in my previous home as well. Very satisfied with their work an customer service. I highly recommend this company

Had Kent's install new garage doors. They done a excellent job. Also had them work on my gutters as well. I would highly recommend them.

They installed new gutters on my home. The crew they sent to my home was very nice to work with which means a lot to me. Had some trouble getting the materials in one color, but I went with a different color and they got everything done super fast after that.

Highly recommend! They arrived promptly at 9:00 am like they said they would. Very courteous and professional men. They shaved the area, cleaned up and did a fantastic job!!

Great job! Not only did the guys show up on time but one of them recognized me as a guy that he plays soccer against! ? Great to see local folks in our neighborhood. Did a fantastic job, good attitudes and was done right and with purpose. Very happy with Kent’s!
