Ultimate pools was a complete disappointment. When I had them give me a quote they never sent me anything in writing. I called and spoke to Susan and I’ve never been more disrespected by someone who couldn’t even pronounce my last name. As for Travis (guy who gave me the quote) he was very stand offish, curt and terrible at following up. Long story short I went with Anthony and Sylvan and they have been nothing short of amazing. If you’re looking for a pool in RVA are please consider Anthony and Sylvan or Premier pools and spas. They were considerably more informative, professional and provided an amazing customer experience. Ultimate pools is a joke and they lost out on a cool $150k. Great job Susan and Travis!

Ultimate Pools installed our pool in 2003 and has done a great job for us ever since. They are professional and responsive to our questions and to our needs, and we can always count on them for expert advice. They contact us to set dates for opening and closing, and usually offer a range of dates to suit our schedules. They show up on time when they say they will, and that is rare in today’s world. We feel very fortunate to have been associated with them over the years.

Great job building the pool. They guys who do the work are great. The training they gave me was alot of information to take in, and I wish I had recorded it. But here is the thing . . . the lady who runs the office is incredibly rude and seems to hate the customers. Her customer service is really poor, and as a result we are no longer using them for any ongoing service. There are plenty of other providers in the area, and we found one that treats us with a normal level of respect which is all we wanted.
