I had a great experience with Junk King. They arrived on time, were courteous, and efficient in removing an old sofa bed, chest, and box spring. Highly recommend!

$270 is absolutely insane for hauling off a singular couch. That's almost as much as we spent to get the couch and get it delivered to out apartment. And yes, I do understand that we had a right to send them away after receiving the quote, and under any other circumstances I would have. But unfortunately we are under a time crunch to get the couch taken away, and we had all other forms of help we had had lined up back out. The price is just ridiculous in my opinion *edit to note, the guys who came were not prepared, they quoted us one price, $270, and said that they would knock off 20 bucks to be nice, gee thanks. But when receiving the invoice we were charged almost 300 for a SINGLE couch. It is on the heavier side, but honestly not terribly heavy, and then they took 20 off for a final total of 280. Do not recommend. Will not use again. Very unsatisfied. Very unhappy. Will be telling every person I know to never use this company. **response to owners comments. Lies. It was not a "large sectional couch* it was a 3 seater. That fit into the elevator. Took a total of MAYBE 10 minutes to get out of the apartment and into the truck. Please do not lie to make it seem like I am over exaggerating.

Good crew of dudes that came out. Junk hauling isn't cheap, but they do a great job and have good attitudes. Cost ended up less than estimate, which is charged by volume. The guys packed the truck as tightly as they could, which is hard and honest work. Would definitely hire Junk King again if the need arises.

Arrived early which was fine, except I couldn't prepare my cat. My fault since I never heard my phone. Was a little more expensive than I expected, but was OK. Only complaint was they destroyed a lift chair so it no longer could be used. I checked, and my sister who brought the chair in, said she and her husband rolled the chair through the door and they could not get it out the door. Don't believe they knew anything about working a chair through a doorway.

Stephen and his crew from Junk King were excellent! They moved an extremely heavy grand upright piano and brought down a king sized bed and massive frame down a narrow staircase with two tight turns. The price for all this was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.
