Nicely done kitchens re-modeled my master bathroom and powder room and did an extraordinary job. Working with Cathy and Olivia at Nicely Done Kitchens was a blast, as they always had great ideas to help shape and bring my vision to life (it was like they could read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted after I said Just a few words). If I ever had an issue with the job or A question I could ask Cathy and Olivia for help and it would be addressed immediately. The crew they hired to work on the bathrooms was super nice, respectful of my place, on time, did immaculate work, and always cleaned up after themselves. The final products speak for themselves, and I would gladly recommend and work with Nicely Done Kitchens and Baths again (and probably will).
We couldn't be happier with how our new kitchen turned out. Kate C. took our ideas and turned them into a beautiful new kitchen and mudroom (including a dog bath!) -- something even better than we expected. She combined our disparate ideas into something greater than the sum of their parts, demonstrating expertise and a guiding hand.
In addition to leading us through the design stages, Kate made sure everything else ran smoothly. The project remained on or ahead of schedule thanks to her ongoing dedication to the work and her partnership with the contractor and knowledge of vendors. In addition to connecting us with a wonderful contractor, she directed us to an appliance expert who understood our needs and ideas, and who led us to high-end but affordable decisions.

Our experience with Nicely Done Kitchens was exceptional from the very beginning! From my very first inquiry, we received a very quick response and were set up with an appointment with Kate, our incredible kitchen designer, almost immediately.
We had gotten quotes from other places and designers but none completely impressed us with their design sense and professionalism as did Kate. Throughout the process, Kate took the time to understand what our vision was and made recommendations to make it 10x better!! She also was able to give us a beautiful mudroom that worked in our budget. Furthermore, she's incredibly kind and just a treat to work with!
Once we started the project, we were also blown away by Steve our contractor and his amazing team. At the very beginning, he shared a detailed week by week timeline, gave us direct access to him to communicate all along the way and stuck with the plan! Even when issues come up (like Eddie using his electrical expertise to bring our awful kitchen wiring up to code) the team was able to keep our planned schedule. They also went above and beyond to ensure even the smallest detail met our expectations. This includes Sergio with the with the beautiful cabinet installations and Ceasar attending to the many kitchen details.
I can't recommend NDK enough for the seamless and enjoyable process along the way and for giving us the kitchen of our dreams!

We had a fantastic experience working with Nicely Done! Kate was our designer, and was wonderful about presenting design options that matched the look we were going for. Her taste is impeccable, and as soon as she saw photos of what we loved, she got to work and made the whole process easy and fun. Jose was our contractor and did an amazing job with his crew. They were on time, worked hard every day, communicated well and did a beautiful job. Overall, the whole project came in on budget and ahead of schedule and we're thrilled with our new kitchen!

Three years ago, my wife and I decided to completely renovate our kitchen. Based on discussions with several neighbors who had used them, and after looking at the work they had done, we were very impressed with a local firm, Nicely Done Kitchens and Bathrooms. After contacting them, we began working with one of their professional designers, Dona Thewes. She listened closely to our ideas, gave us attractive options, and helped us with everything from layout, options for cabinets and appliances, to flooring and color schemes. A significant problem was the nationwide backlog for cabinets and appliances. Dona followed up on our order and kept us up to date throughout the process. Once tear out and construction started, our project supervisor, Scott, brought in skilled craftsmen in the various trades, coordinated their work, and essentially kept us involved in the process. The workers were uniformly pleasant, professional and helpful. Cleanup at the end of each workday left the site orderly and ready for the next day’s work. At one point, after installation of the combined oven and microwave, we found that the height of the microwave in the cabinet was too high for easy use. Together with Dona and Scott, we came up with a good fix and Scott personally came in to execute the alterations, which turned our great. We were thrilled with the finished kitchen and continue to enjoy it every day. We have received numerous compliments from family and friends as to the design, functionality and overall appearance. The finished kitchen is just exactly what we were hoping for. We recently had a realtor look at the house to give us a rough appraisal of its market value. She was extremely impressed with the kitchen and noted that it added significantly to the value of the house—more than we had paid for the installation. At several points during construction, we were called by James, the owner of Nicely Done Kitchens, to discuss progress and to ensure that we were satisfied. The personal involvement at all levels within the company was impressive and it certainly showed in the quality of the finished product. We would enthusiastically recommend Nicely Done Kitchens and Baths and will certainly look to them for any similar upgrades in the future.

Highly recommend them! We are still in awe of the beautiful kitchen that Kate Couchman designed and Steve & crew built to replace our dated kitchen and never-used dinning room. Easy to work with and very responsive.
Look, I'm a realist...every job will have some hiccups. Nicely Done partnered with us to work through each one. For example, when unexpected duct work prevented us from opening up a wall, Kate spent an afternoon with us moving cardboard around the floor so we could visual new options for the size and direction of our island. The result was a smaller than planned island but we actually loved Kate's idea of creating an additional counterspace and shifting the wine fridge against the wall that remained! Win-win! Steve and his team turned Kate's designs into stunning reality. The result is a kitchen that elicits compliments over and over from family and friends.

Our designer, Jackie, was exceptional. She created a kitchen space for us that is not only stunning but exceptionally functional. After a pre-COVID visit to our home to get to know us and our stuff, she absolutely nailed the initial design and recommendations for cabinetry, the most amazing quartz countertops, focal tile, backsplash tile, mullion cabinet, and an incredible Kohler Prolific sink (you must have one!). We had a few Zoom calls (while sheltering in place) to make adjustments based on our preferences, and Jackie continued to let her creativity improve the initial plan. Steve and his team executed beautifully on the design, taking incredible pride in their work and ensuring we were 100% happy with the final product. We also enjoyed working with the experts at ADU to select appliances. All of this was accomplished safely during a pandemic which speaks to the professionalism of all involved. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful experience with Nicely Done Kitchens. We partnered with them to undertake a major renovation of our outdated and dysfunctional kitchen. Our designer Jackie created a very smart layout that made the best use of our space. Although we didn’t increase the footprint, the kitchen feels like it doubled in size. Jackie also led us to beautiful design decisions while making us think they were our ideas. We had complete confidence that Steve and his crew would execute the work to the safest and most professional standards, and our project manager Olivia kept everything on schedule. The new kitchen has improved our quality of life, and now we can see ourselves living comfortably in our home for years to come.

Renovations are stressful. Kitchens renovations are really stressful but Kate Couchman and the team at NDK are pros and they made this experience as pleasant as a kitchen renovation can get. We did our due diligence and obtained multiple quotes. Frankly, cost was not why we chose the team at NDK. Unless you are a do it yourselfer or plan to act as the general contractor, the costs associated with a project like a kitchen or bath tend to be relatively similar when you compare bids from similar outfits like NDK. What set them apart was the human factor of the team. Kate Couchman, Olivia Kwon, Steve Endress and their team made the difference and made our experience so painless. Kate is a gifted designer who brought our vision to life while staying on budget. Olivia managed the project insuring deadlines were met, deliveries were on time, and followed up to insure we were pleased with the delivery of our kitchen. Steve Endress and his team of skilled craftsman were on time and took pride in their work to insure all aspects of the renovation were done to perfection. Simply put, if you are planning a kitchen or bath renovation get a quote from Kate and the team at NDK. We did and we have a gourmet kitchen, powder room, and pantry to enjoy for years to come and we wouldn’t change a thing. Thanks NDK !!!!
