I had a great experience. Store manager Eddy was very helpful. Excellent service, very helpful staff. Lots of blinds to choose from. They have experienced installer to install the blinds.
Got free samples in the mail so my time in the store to choose products did not take that long. The measuring of window frames and installation of the blinds went well. The new blinds really enhance the house!

Didn’t buy anything because of the way I was treated when I walked in. A younger employee greeted me when I walked in, but he was busy with someone else. I walked toward the back of the showroom near motorized blinds and watched an older gentleman come out from the back area, look at me, grab his phone and sit down out in the open. I assumed he was a customer that was maybe just waiting like me or using the bathroom….. nope!
Apparently he worked there but I guess my t-shirt and capris weren’t fancy enough for him to think I was a serious customer.
I figured out quickly that if this is the type of customer service I can expect for a potential customer… I can’t imagine what dealing with them later on will be like. So I asked about one kind of blind knowing they didn’t sell them to give me an out.
It’s a shame because I was ready to buy an entire house full of motorized blinds but I guess I’ll stick with ANY OTHER COMPANY IN THE AREA!
Please tell your employees that they shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Especially ones that are probably managers and should know better. I’ll make sure to let everyone I know not to do business here as well.

Our Blinds To Go installer Andres let us what time he would arrive, arrived at that time and quickly installed the blinds. He ensure we understood how the blinds operated and removed all the packaging. A very good experience and highly recommend Blinds To Go!!

Excellent customer service. I’m a busy working mom, which means I don’t have time for inefficient operations or people. By far, this was the easiest home improvement project I’ve ever done. Our sales rep was extraordinarily knowledgeable and helpful and the installers (Angel and Mauricio) were top-notch. I will absolutely use Blinds to Go again and recommend them to friends.
