Upon arrival to the Tile Shop , Karen greeted us by the door and made us feel welcome to our appointment , she was ready with different options for our project. I give Karen 10 stars and above for professionalism and kindness ... she follows up with calls and give valuable suggestions and ideas, she is definitely the pro to choose . I hope the Tile shop realizes the gem that she is. We will use Karen again for our future projects
Absolutely loved working with Ji on our complete bathroom renovation! He has a true eye for design, and gave us the best recommendations for what our small space needed to look roomier and modern while still staying within budget. Will definitely come here again for future projects, and I highly recommend Ji for any job!

Daniel was an awesome seller. Not just as welcoming us at first place, but the knowledge he has it is amazingly strong and those kind of people we need everywhere in retail. He made the sale!!!

This place is great. I went here to get tiles for a bathroom remodel. They have a huge selection and I worked with their design specialist, Tre. He was great to work with - helped me layout a perfect design from all of the choices when I felt overwhelmed, and he was extremely friendly. I will definitely be back for future projects.

Stellar 5 star experience with Chris Thomas. He made my vision come alive and helped tie everything together. He was so patient with us during our THREE visits to buy samples, make choices, etc. He was so knowledgeable about design, and it was a pleasure working with him.

The Tile Shop Springfield is the absolute worst.
I have nothing but trouble with the Tile Shop. After a long delay, I spoke with the Tile Shop yesterday about delivery today. I was explicit about asking for the tile to be delivered to my garage in back. The Tile Shop assured me that the delivery guys would call prior to delivery and then put all tile in my garage. I was surprised by a text from the Tile Shop that “your tile is delivered.” I went out to my front porch and it was sitting outside my door. 250+ lbs of tile blocking my door and porch. I cannot open my storm door. THREE (3) CALLS LATER to the manager and still no response. I have to chase them down and they don’t care. Vague promises and the tile is still on my front porch. One of the boxes looks damaged. Unbelievably inept, exceptionally poor customer service. RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THE TILE SHOP IN SPRINGFIELD.

While the quality of the tiles here are very good, though at a premium, we had major issues at this store with the delivery window. Our order, which was originally expected to arrive in 10 days, was delayed not once, but twice, and finally took 3.5 weeks before our contractor could pick it up. Our contractor had to pause construction for 2 weeks due to this issue. Had we known this, we would have 100% purchased our tiles from another distributor. Do not trust the delivery promises that this store makes to you. Order at least one month before you need your tiles. The store is also understaffed and it took me 20 minutes to get a staffer to both put in an order for a sample and later to pick up that sample. I should have learned from that experience that timelessness does not appear to be valued by this company. Giving two stars only because we do like the tiles and their showroom is nice.
