Angel is great. I have used him twice and been very pleased with his expertise and professionalism. He did leather repair on some car seats that came out great. Then later he repaired some interior carpeting. I have another reupolstery job on another vehicle that will need all the seats redone. I'm sure it will come out great.

From the first conversation with Angel, I thought this was going to be a great experience. I had a very large (as you can see from the photo) chaise that I have had for almost 10 years. It was made of fabric that had become so dirty and difficult to clean and we began to notice the comfort of the chaise was declining as well as a "sinking" feeling in the middle of the chaise. I called a few places for quotes, but only 2 returned my call. The first place had me take photos and measurements and they provided a quote over the phone.The quote was broken down into labor, material, taxes and was priced for low, mid, or top grade vinyl. Angel provided the next quote, but he came to my house. He was extremely meticulous with his accounting of the quote which he provided while he was there. Angel provided a quote so detailed he provided the cost for each button that would need to be covered and each stud on the side that would need to be refastened. He went over each charge and provided a quote for top grade vinyl. Imagine our surprise when his quote was lower than the first business! But wait - It gets better. When we went to Angel's shop to choose the vinyl, based on who was lounging on the chaise (we have a 230 pound Mastiff that lays on the chaise with us) we asked Angel if it would be better for us use leather instead of vinyl. After he explained the pros and cons we went with leather. I should add that even with us choosing leather, the quote was LOWER than the other business! Once Angel began to dismantle the upholstery, he found a few issues with the chaise and he was very quick to give us a call and send a video of what he found. He explained how the chaise "should have been constructed" versus what he found when he peeled back the upholstery (all on video with commentary. It was a mess!) He gave us the option of what we wanted to do. Without hesitation, we told him to continue (we didn't even ask how much additional because at this point and after all the photos and videos he had sent us, Angel had our trust!) As promised, Angel had the chair finished in 2 weeks. Although he had sent photos of the finished product before he delivered the chaise, it was even more beautiful in person! He had reinforced the integrity of the chair in addition to somehow increasing the cushion-comfort! I was so impressed with the precision involved in the presentation of each button in its respective hole. Each fold on the chair looks symmetrical. He even polished all the wood on the chair and took his time to reattach the decorative nail heads along the side of the chaise and made sure each nail was equidistance apart! The best part of this entire experience was even after choosing leather vice vinyl and the additional charge for the extra work that had to be done to bolster the chaise and threading, the quote was still less that the other business I called! If you want to work with a business that has that old school value of pride and professionalism in a job well done, is fair an equitable in pricing and above all else is honest, then you need look no further than Angel Upholstery LLC. He was such a please to work with. He's just a nice gentleman! I was so impressed with the quality and expertise of his work that I felt compelled to give them a tip..... and I don't do that very often!! I will absolutely use them again!
