They are very responsive, their techs, like Daniel and Chris, are super friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful (shoe covers inside, polite, etc.). They come out the next day when out of cycle visits are needed and no extra charge when you are on their annual plan. Highly recommend them.

I called several companies to investigate on small unwinded white flies they bites and nothing can kill them. I call affordable pest control , environmental and others. All were trying to lock me in annual agreement that I have to pay half of the agreement in case they fail to resolve the issue and their agreement with just general agreement has nothing to do with my issue. Chris from Holiday was 1st one has different approach. He detect the source , explain the plan and spend an hour educate me how to fix it and honestly explain how all pest control limited capabilities towards this issue. What a great man from real great company!

Excellent customer service! I recently found termites in my tree and was of course worried about my home. I requested inspections from a couple companies and ended up hiring Holiday Termite and Pest control. -Customer service is really top notch. Cris is a professional and keen on educating home owners about what to look for without fear mongering. He was also really thorough and attentive—didn’t dismiss me when I brought up concerns. Friendly and personal customer service goes a long way so I sincerely appreciate Cris and the Holiday Termite/Pest team. -I’m not an expert but the treatment plan this company uses for termites seems like a far more effective option than others. It’s also more affordable than bigger companies. The only downside is no monthly payment plan, but for a one time treatment that is meant to last up to 10 years with the option to renew warranty, it was definitely worth it. -I also opted in for general pest treatment due to mice in the house. Sometimes it is unavoidable when you’re in a townhouse, but Cris caught an opening my previous pest control company didn’t and again, very intent on keeping me educated through the process. If it isn’t obvious, I highly recommend you go with Holiday Termite and Pest Control!
