Deserve 0 stars! Stay away! They come out quick and the item is fixed, but the work doesn't last. The parts and the workmanship are poor. We had a toilet ring replaced and it lasted a little over a year. It should last 20-30 years. They said it depends on how many times the toilet is removed and flushed. Are you serious?! Overpriced too! Run!

Anthony arrived, assessed the problem, gave me a price and set about working, picking up the necessary parts and returning with them. He fixed the problem and was polite and personable.

He arrived on time and was fully licensed to do all kinds of plumbing work. He did two jobs for me, and I was very happy with the outcome. He described what he was going to do, since I was pretty ignorant about plumbing issues and methods, and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. I will hire them again when I have plumbing issues and highly recommend them.

Silas was very knowledgeable and gave me multiple options for a repair to my outside spigot/bibb. Same day service. He was quick and showed me his work to ensure I would know what to do if I had issues again. Reasonably priced and I feel relieved that they can handle any problems with multiple solutions that may arise in the future regarding plumbing.

Excellent service. I had a leak on a shower valve cartridge over a weekend. The response was quick, the valve replacement was problematic, but the work was completed excellently even though it became a multiple day problem. There was no corner cutting or overcharging, I’m very happy with the result.

We ordered a new fridge from home depot and paid for an install. When the tech got here he claimed there was a leak and the gasket needed to be replaced. Silas confirmed the appointment and gave us a call to let us know he was en route. He was professional and patient in hearing about our issue. He verified that there were no external leaks and left his number incase there were any issues going forward with the next delivery. Thanks again Silas for your swift and precise diagnosis.
