Needed a granite counter top. sent them measurement online then walked into store few minutes before 5pm. As I'm talking to Nilay a customer walks in and she ignored me and asked the customer "how can I help you?" as if I'm not even there, and I was literally talking. Then she called in someone else to help the customer, who left shortly after. Then at 5pm sharp she told me that Fairfax county rules for showrooms to close at 5 and cannot stay open after that. I told her that didn't apply to customers who are already in-store but regardless I'm going to leave. I am not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but I felt that was prejudiced and it was not acceptable. I will not do any business with them ever.
Springfield Marble did an excellent job on the kitchen countertops and stone bathroom niche for my condo renovation. From the detailed measurements to the installation the staff was professional and so was the finished product.

As soon as we walked in, Nilay greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. Immediately, we knew our forever home was in good hands. She used her expertise to help design our kitchen/bar countertops. Nilay was professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the installation--awesome! We'll be back--thank you Nilay!

The customer service was beyond my expectations. They were able to move quickly and met every single deadline/milestone we discussed. The end result is beautiful! We are building an outdoor kitchen and bar. Install occurred exactly one week and one day after I stepped foot in the showroom.
I highly recommend considering Springfield M & G!

Visited three different companies in one day, and Springfield Marble & Granite was by far the friendliest and the most informative. It was even better that they came back with a quote that was by far the lowest of the three. We had quartz countertops installed, and they were professional from start to finish.
Great customer service and beautiful product. Would highly recommend them.
