We stopped by The Tile Shop to get ideas and pricing for a total Master Bath remodel. We connected with Sarah Pour, who was professional and extremely helpful throughout the process. With Sarah's help and advice, we found the perfect tile combo and she made the ordering process seamless. We will be back for any future projects and highly recommend her and The Tile Shop.
Reasonable selections and prices. I recommend making for Sarah. Very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions that my designer and I hadn't even considered.

I came into the Tile Shop looking to try and match a floor I loved for a bathroom. I was having a lot of trouble finding something I loved in my price range. Tim R was so patient and showed me solid options, and asked really good questions to lead me out of my indecisiveness. All of their tile is quality and some seriously gorgeous pieces. I wish I had started the project with him to source everything from the same spot. Highly, highly recommended.

Sonia is very knowledgeable about bathroom tile. She helped me move forward on 2 coordinating tile designs! They have the special contractor recommendations to get bids, the thin set, and the grout excel with built in sealer. I am very pleased with their customer service and with Sonia in particular. The store is gorgeous and the selection is very broad in style and price. You can carry sample tile boards throughout the store and match for tile with wall tile as you choose or have them help you with design choices! A+++

I worked with Sonia to order tiles for my new bathroom. She was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Her demeanor was friendly and courteous at all times. I am disabled and she took that into consideration for which I am most grateful. Sonia gets an A+++.

Beware of the return policy. They tell you to buy extra tile because you can always return it. The return policy is 60 days. If you buy your tile ahead of time to prepare for the project and the project takes more than 60 days, you can't return. It's in the tiny print even though they tell you verbally that you can return it if you don't use it. We had a whole unopened box of tile and they will not take it back.

Bathroom remodeling/renovation is not an easy project. My wife and I had a vague concept of what we wanted, but still had a lot of questions and were not 100% sure about the design. Fortunately we worked with Shahin Asgari who is also The Tile Shop store manager in Sterling. From the beginning, Shahin made himself available around our schedule after work. He has excellent knowledge of the product, and is familiar with the current trend. Throughout the process, Shahin was very patient and listened to what we had envisioned for our bathroom. Our house is 21 years old, and we wanted to convert our old bathroom tub layout into a modern shower with the seat. He provided a lot of assistance and helpful advice and guidance throughout our product selection. Working only with pictures of our current bathroom, he suggested the best tile size and color combination for our bathroom, including the shower walls and the shower floor. We ended up selecting marble tiles for the shower walls, and marble flooring throughout the bathroom. Since most people are visual and have a better idea when they see the actual finished product, Shahin gave us a sample preview of how our bathroom will look like by showing us actual finished "sample" bathrooms in the store, which further enabled us in realizing what we want and further finetuning our requirement. With his overall assistance and expertise, we ended remodeling two bathrooms (and not one), and bring our house in par with the current trends out there. I want to thank Shahin and his staff for making this project a nice experience for us.

I worked with Jeffrey Hoyt on choosing/ordering new tile for a bathroom renovation and he was wonderful to work with. He's very knowledgeable, responsive and has a great personality. I highly recommend meeting with him if you are in the market for new tile!
