Great service from B&B! Our A/C unit broke (98 degree Saturday in July).
Everyone I called was booked, until I called B&B. They sent tech out SAME DAY, just a few hours later!
Our technician, Eric, was very knowledgeable & efficient. Also very friendly & patient! He fixed the unit in under 30 minutes. Very good experience. I Definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs!
Do not think about calling another company for HVAC repair. B&B is the best. Eric fixed my AC in 30 minutes, and arrived at my house 1 hour before planned.

Recently, my air conditioner stopped working. Called B&B for the first time. They were able to send out Devin just a couple of hours later. Devin worked quickly to find the problem and replaced the capacitor for a very reasonable price. Good, quick service and I definitely plan to use them for my HVAC needs again!

Devin always gives my HVAC system a thorough inspection. And then talks to me in layman's terms about status and any recommended cleaning or other service. He's thorough, thoughtful, and always able to answer any questions to help me understand what I'm dealing with. He's a great representative for B&B.

Have used B&B for about 14 years. We have the service plan and have been keeping our 24 year old AC unit running strong. 5 stars due to the tech, Devin who is very knowledgeable and personable.

Once again, B & B Air Conditioning & Heating Service came to our home to thoroughly clean our air-conditioning and heating systems. Devin and JD arrived when they said they would and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They took their time and didn't leave until everything had been serviced. My husband knows exactly what they did. I have no clue. All I know is that I will sleep more soundly knowing Devin and JD have been here. Thank you B & B!

Vic and B&B are awesome! He came to our house today to check on a furnace error and perform annual winter maintenance. We were concerned about losing heat while we have family at the house for holidays. B&B was very responsive and Vic gave us thorough answers to the possible causes for the error and instructions to equip us in case of future problems.
Vic is very knowledgeable, diligent, personable, and informative. He has always been extremely helpful and effectively communicates problems and solutions. We are always grateful when Vic comes to perform maintenance or repairs, and he makes us that much happier we selected B&B as our home HVAC service provider!
