I’ve never written a review before but Daniel was so awesome that I feel like I have to in this case. I had a very unique situation occur with my gas line and he went the extra mile to help me and advocate on behalf of me. He really cares about his job and safety of his clients. Past contractors I have hired have been rude, condescending, and just overall disrespectful. As a very young woman, I often deal with this kind of behavior whenever I’ve hired people to do work on my house. Having people come to my house always puts me on edge and I feel uneasy. But I got none of that with Daniel. He was kind, respectful, caring, and also just an overall friendly guy! I’m so so so so grateful that I got Daniel as my contractor because this situation with the gas company has been such a big disaster and he has brought so much relief to me knowing that he’s on my side and willing to go that extra mile to ensure I’m not screwed over by my gas company. He even pointed out little things like water valves, etc… that I might want to consider replacing in my home (old home with outdated infrastructure). But he wasn’t pushy about it as some contractors have been to me in the past. I will for sure be using him in the future for any plumbing issues.

I contacted Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Air Inc. after struggling to resolve a stubborn sink clog myself. Despite it being July 4th, they were open for service, which was a pleasant surprise. The representative I spoke with over the phone was courteous and efficiently took down my information. They assured me that a technician would arrive between noon and 4 pm the same day. True to their word, I received a text message to confirm the appointment, and to my surprise, Mr. Hugo arrived exactly at noon. He was professional, with a clean company uniform and prominently displayed the company logo on his van, which immediately instilled confidence. Mr. Hugo took the time to explain the scope of work beforehand and offered various solutions without any pressure to upsell, which I've unfortunately encountered with other service providers. Once we agreed on the best approach, he efficiently retrieved the necessary tools from his van to not only fix the issue but also ensure minimal mess in my kitchen. Upon completion, he shared his findings and provided helpful tips to prevent future clogs in my sink drainage. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with the service from Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Air Inc., from the initial phone call to the moment Mr. Hugo left our home. Their professionalism, transparency, and dedication to customer satisfaction are commendable. Thank you, Mr. Hugo, and Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Air Inc., for a job well done!

Our dedicated service representative, Jake, delivered exceptional service that exceeded expectations. Upon experiencing skepticism towards the initial water leak diagnosis provided by another company, we sought a second opinion from Cardinal Plumbing. Jake's professional demeanor and meticulous approach to diagnosing the issue left a lasting impression. By methodically testing various components, including the main line and irrigation system, he identified the true source of the leak, which had been inaccurately pinpointed by the previous company. Excellent Customer Service Brian Peck was awesome! He came and worked on the problem right the way. He was very polite, and his service was done in a timely manner and was very professional. Brian was friendly and courteous and left no mess. If ever needed, we wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with his work, and we are very happy to have our kitchen sink drains cleared and successfully running again! Thank you, Brian! Cardinal really did a great job in our townhome. We had a number of faucet replacements, along with under-counter valve replacements. We had a great experience with Hugo on the assessment. He took the time to clearly explain the work that needs to be done on the plumbing in my home. I feel like I have a real understanding of the upcoming job. Jonathan and Dean did a phenomenal job. They were professional and courteous and efficient. Cardinal is highly recommended for small jobs and large.

Our hot water went out late in the afternoon, we called Cardinal, and they came early the next morning. Hugo was the representative/technician who came to assess our situation. Not only was Hugo one of the most professional, personable technicians we’ve ever encountered, but he was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, so we understood our options. Our almost 20yr old system needed to be replaced. Hugo and Cardinal quoted us a great price for the heater and installation package. They also went out of their way, to book us for installation the following day, so my family would have hot water again. Shawn came to install the system, and he was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the correct system. Shawn did an amazing job, and we have hot water again! We’ve dealt with many companies and professionals. Hugo, Shawn and Cardinal are by far, one of the best.

Garrett and Chris were excellent! We had to have our HVAC system replaced since our old system was probably 30 years old. They were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Garrett went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and what I could do to keep the system running at peak efficiency. I was not happy that I had to replace my unit but it was time and Cardinal made the process as stress free as possible. Financing was an easy process and the estimate was spot on. Thank you Cardinal and thank you Chris and Garrett!
