We are renting a house with a pool and used this company to open it for us. I specifically asked the two guys who came out to give me a quote before they added any chemicals to the pool. I was never informed about what they did or what chemicals were used and was told after the fact when the bill was due, $400 more than what I was expecting to pay!! This company needs better customer service and communication skills. I will not use this company again when we get our new pool at our new house we are in the process of building. Extremely disappointed.

Unprofessional. Took work off to be available for scheduled appt. Never showed up or called. They said next day for sure. Still no show! Then lied about coming to the house!!! Don’t communicate or follow through! The worst in the region!!!

The customer service this place has provided has been nothing but a disappointment. We asked them to open our pool this summer. Lets start by saying they did not show up on the scheduled date provided by Oliver's. When they showed up a week later, the tech was completing the opening process. During that time, the tech recommended we purchase a new hose to the pump because ours was leaking. Wanting to trust the company, we purchased the hose. After more rescheduled appointments from Oliver's the tech finally comes to install said hose and that didn't happen because NOW (according to tech) we have a cracked valve and need a new one. So, we purchase a new valve for install. After even more no shows, the tech finally comes to install the valve, but did not install the new hose. Upon our return home that particular day, we discovered the new hose left on the table and the new valve was truly cracked and spraying water everywhere. Did they not see this??? Somewhere along this nightmare journey, we purchased a new ladder, also for them to install. During our very first use of the ladder, the steps detached and will not go back on. We made the company aware of this and they promised to be out to make the repair. I bet you can guess what happened next?! NO SHOW and another "promised" date. It's been over a month and we still can't use the pool...STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO SHOW UP and do the job right. Oh and don't bother calling, they never answer the telephone! Please find photos attached showing the service we have received from this company. My opinion is that they do away with the installation department completely because it sucks and so does the empty promises and fake empathy from the owner/manager.

We had an emergency service appointment after our pool pump went and after already having to wait a whole week, the day finally arrives and they are a NO SHOW. We tried calling. Mailbox full. Finally got through the next day (Saturday). They don’t service on the weekends. So now they say MONDAY. They couldn’t even give us a courtesy call. Our little girls can’t swim all weekend long because the pool is almost black from the pump going. Absolutely unprofessional and completely disgusted but how they showed little to no remorse for not only not showing up, but for giving us no courtesy call apologizing for them not being able to make it. We could have gotten someone sooner. So disappointed!!

This pool company is terrible. Booked the job and paid for liner months ahead, but when spring came we had to keep calling and calling to get it started. When old liner was removed, there were repairs needed, but they only did a quick patch job and put liner in anyway. Then when they started to fill it, the sides started to collapse. Then they abandoned us. They would not take our calls, wouldn't return our messages and just left the job in ruins. These guys are not professional and I can't even communicate the amount of heartache they caused. Don't trust your pool to them.
