John was able to answer all of my pool related questions and was very honest and insightful. Unfortunately I live a bit too far away for him to install my pool, but he still took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me a ton of great information. He was very polite, personable, and didn’t rush me off the phone like a few other pool companies have. He also encouraged me to call him with back if I had any other questions or concerns. I greatly appreciate his time and how genuine he was.

John and his crew were great. He had great communication and he stuck to his timeline he gave us. After getting the run around from another pool company we were happy we found them.

John and his crew did an excellent job. Workers were very respectful and answered any questions we had. John was excellent at his communication with us through the entire process and we would highly recommend Suffolk Pool Builders!

John and his son's did an excellent job on my pool. They started and finished in perfect time for us to enjoy our summer. You guys are the best. I would recommend them to anyone !!! Continue to stay blessed and safe.

John and his son and team were phenomenal from day one!! They are professional and personable.. whenever we ran into questions I had he would be prompt in response. I never felt alone throughout the entire process. He took care of everything.
Suffolk Pool Builders are A1 in the pool industry and will deliver what they say! I would recommend anytime any day!
