Excellent service at a fair price. Very busy but that is because they do good work.
Built our home this year and got a engineered system put in by Eddie’s. They were nice and helpful the whole process. I would definitely recommend. Cam kept me updated the whole time.

I utilize their automated email system twice. And I got a automated response back to me telling me that they would get back to me. Neither time did I ever get a response. So I called their number and talk to a young lady. I informed her about the automated email and she had no clue as to what I was talking about. She did take my name and number and said that a person would get back to me that night. That was 2 days ago. What a shame because I figured it would cost between $5000 to $7000 for the work that I needed done

The meter reader knocked on the door and told us we had a leak somewhere and our water bill would be three times normal. The plumber said it was between the street and the house. We called Eddie's and, with bad weather, the county not getting out in a timely manner and forgetting to mark the sewer, the electric line laid above the water line, and the leak not being in an obvious place, it took two days. I must admit, I am patient with these things. But Bruce drove the excavator like a precision tool and he and Gerald were two of the nicest people I have ever met. Communication was excellent, despite the problems. And now we have a new line from the house to the street and the leak is gone! I would definitely recommend this company.
