It is such a joy to find a company you can trust! We have been working with Air treatment heating and cooling for two years and have been impressed with their quality of work, professionalism and competitive prices. The management does a great job finding employees with great customer service skills: from friendly receptionists to highly knowledgeable technicians. We always get a good advice on the newest appliances on the market and how to make them work with older houses like ours. Highly recommend!
Excellent experience once again with Air Treatment. Sales, Kyle, honestly assessed our system and provided three quotes with comparative features. Time sensitive since we were gone when the ac failed. Friday quotes, Saturday acceptance, and Tuesday 8am installation. Very quick turnaround. Van and his colleague worked for 10? hours in 90 plus degree heat to finish the installation in one day. We were concerned that the temperature did not quickly drop that evening. One of the owners, Dan responded to my Tuesday PM email with a very reasonable explanation. He also followed up by phone and in person on Wednesday and made a few adjustments (as well as pointing out some blocked vents!). We couldn’t be more satisfied. Cool and comfortable with outside temps in the high 90s. Thank you, Air Treatment. Excellent work and customer service.

Air Treatment has been our go-to company for years. Today, on a Sunday, my mom's AC went out. They were able to come out today and replace the part that was bad. They were informative, showed care and honesty in explaining the situation, and are so very appreciated by my family! Their office staff and techs are top-notch. Thank you!

Having my AC die right after closing on a home wasn't ideal, particularly going though the hottest week of the year. ATC was quick to respond and schedule a tech that offered honest advise. I ended up getting a new unit that was installed just two days later. I was very appreciative of the speedy response and installation, and for the honest pricing. The crew was very professional and kept the place clean. Will definitely recommend.

I have been a customer of Air Treatment Co. more than 15 years. Twice a year I call Air treatment for an appointment and every time I am amazed at how easy and painless is to speak with any of the front office ladies to make the appointment. Basically, calling this company takes me back to 1960’s when customer service meant something – they are fantastic.
This company has superior technicians with knowledge, experience and trustworthiness (something that is hard to find these days). Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to have one Technician who comes twice a year for maintenance, Mr. Dee Dordevic. Dee never misses the scheduled timeframe and he calls you if he might be late. As far as I am concerned, Dee is the superstar Technician, he is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and goes beyond and above to complete the job and help you as a customer.
This family-owned company is the best managed company with top-quality employees.
My message to the owners is you are the best please never change. I highly recommend Air Treatment and gives them 10 stars instead of 5 stars.

In 2023 I upgraded to a Carrier Infinity system using Air Treatment Company. I was so impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail that I upgraded my second unit in 2024. The second upgrade ran into challenges with Carrier's proprietary thermostat but Air Treatment's crew painstakingly stuck with me throughout the month long troubleshooting process until we got it right. Their standard of performance is as if they were working on their own homes. Amazing people!

We have been with Air Treatment Company for years. They installed a new unit for us five years ago and has been doing a great job of providing twice a year inspection and check up. Always on time and the service is thorough and professional. Will stay with them as long as we live in the current house.

I am so pleased that I found and followed through on a recommendation for Air Treatment Company for a replacement HVAC system. They responded quickly to my inquiry, provided and explained my options, and offered a great price less than my current service provider. Great service and professionalism throughout the process.

This company is wonderful! We met Dan and Phil years ago when another technician from another company told us we needed to replace our system immediately or we would have a fire. Terrified we called Dan because a friend recommended him. They came out and look at our old system and agreed that it was old and not as efficient, but that it was NOT dangerous to us at all. They are not about the hard sell. They were HONEST! A couple years later we had saved and we asked them to replace our entire system. They had a great price point for the system. We now pay for the yearly service visits and the tech guys who come out are very polite and courteous. They take the time to answer questions. Trevor came on this last visit. He was very professional and neat. He even look in my ducts to check if I should get them cleaned out. That was above and beyond. This company has integrity!
