We recently had a 4 Season Sunroom installed by McDrake Enterprises. We began our search almost a year ago and today completed our final walkthrough with them. The sunroom is beautiful and the Team at McDrake were top notch. Professional and approachable. Brittany, Austin, Andy Donovan and Darren were awesome. Once the project got started, we were advised on a daily basis what to expect each day. The guys were here on time every day, and the office was available anytime we had a question. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Thanks Darren and Team!

My experience with working with this company was the best. Everything from meeting the owners of the company as well as the staff. The customer service was over 100%. I had a 4 season/sunroom completed at my home and they did an awesome job. They were very thoughtful of working with my timeframe. I really can't say enough good things about this company. If you are considering using them I am pretty sure that you will be pleased. As well as the awesome work that they did everyone was very friendly. I actually miss seeing them.?

Our 2nd story deck off our master bedroom was totally unusable because it was always in the full heat of the sun. We wanted to create a structure that would provide enough cover to make using the deck enjoyable. Because our deck was above another room, we knew it would be a challenging project. We got a few estimates. McDrake's estimate wasn't the lowest but they gave us such a good feeling we went with them. Their proposal was awesome, to screen in half the deck and put a hot tub on the other side. The proposal had a lot of unknowns that caused a delay in completion, deck framing, weight limits, etc. McDrake kept us updated every step of the way and were completely honest with every detail of the project. We were so impressed with the quality of work and their understanding of what we wanted. The project was completed in April and they exceeded our expectations. McDrake Enterprises created us a beautiful outdoor living space, a space that will last. If you're looking for honesty, high quality work, and someone who can build your visions, McDrake is your company.

My wife and I hired McDrake Enterprises to renovate our kitchen. We had been planning the renovation for nearly 10 years and actually had the appliances for nearly six. We had 5 separate contractors look at the job and only one (A large Home Improvement Chain) actually gave us a complete estimate. McDrake did not beat that estimate, but what they did is promise competence and a focus on quality. They definitely delivered. The McDrake estimate was only 1 percent higher and they specifically steered us away from the big box store on items that would have been of lesser quality. They also enabled us to add items including under floor heating and completely sealing our crawl space without breaking their estimate. The workers were courteous at all times and they kept us informed of any issues with the job. When the city inspectors came to look at the job, they universally commented that everything was done correctly to code with fantastic quality. One of the best experience we had was with the suppliers recommended by McDrake. We can't say enough good things about ARC Granite and Marble, Mosaic Tile, and Seven Cities Granite. Without their products and in depth of knowledge in how to install them, the project would not have been a success. Although we don't have very many before pictures, you can easily see how radical and spectacular the transformation was. If you want quality work, great materials, good people and an honest deal, McDrake Remodeling is a fantastic choice, and they build great sunrooms as well. You will not find a better kitchen and bath renovation contractor in Hampton Roads.
