Mr Allen was a pleasure to work with. He does a great job from the start at responding quickly to set an estimate appointment, shows up on time, and follows through on delivery of that proposal. (So many of his competitors can't even do that basic initial step). He communicates promptly with you every step of the way through text and email if you like. He is responsible, courteous, professional, reliable and gets the job done. We have used his service twice and each time, everything went so smoothly. He knew exactly how to prepare our home to pass an electrical inspection to get power restored after a tornado and he did all paperwork and setup for city permit and inspection within a day. We recently just had several residential fixtures installed and connected and he trouble shooted and repaired a pair of outlets in just a few hours. I could not be happier with ease or speed of excellent service from estimate, schedule, to completed and thorough job. I would highly recommend and use his service again.
