We had a major exterior renovation in winter of 2024.
Scott was very informative and knowledgeable about metal roofing, new windows, hardy plank and new garage doors that was being used on our home.
His team of George, Tommy and David were wonderful. They were hard working and kept the worksite well maintained, as we continued to live thru the renovation.
Dario and his team were so polite, hardworking and professional .
The timeframe was right on schedule too.
Our home came out better than we could have imagined and we would recommend K&B for any home renovations our neighbors might be thinking about.

We obtained 3 quotes for work we wanted done to our house. We made the decision to hire KB Construction to re-vinyl our house, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. From the start, they were timely, responsive, and delivered exactly what we wanted. In the middle of the scheduled work, an unexpected issue arose, and they handled it seamlessly without any delays. With a newborn at home, we truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free the entire process was. Scott, the owner, makes you feel like you’ve known him for years—he’s personable, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. His crew was just as great. We never had to follow up or question the quality or timeline of their work. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and attention to detail!

I recently had the pleasure of working with K&B Construction for a full exterior renovation of my single-family home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the initial planning stages to the final touches, the professionalism from Scott and his team was truly unmatched. They installed James Hardie premium fiber cement siding, PVC trim, and metal wrap, transforming the exterior of my home into something truly stunning.
What stood out the most was their outstanding communication throughout the project. I received regular updates and always felt informed about the progress. They consistently checked in to ensure I was happy with how things were progressing, which made the entire experience stress-free.

I called Scott about the siding and damage around my 20 year old home. He made several recommendations and gave me a fair price. He gave me a date in which his crew would start and they were actually a few weeks early. The guys were there on time and worked daily beyond 5pm. They were professional and efficient. All repairs and painting was completed and it looks amazing! I highly recommend K&B Construction and will be using them again for future projects.

Scott and his crew transformed our house into our dream home. He took our vision and ran with it, creating a look for our home that we had only dreamed of. The skill and dedication of his crew was monumental and every inch of the project shows the craftsmanship and care that he demands. Scott was on our job site every morning and every evening to ensure the finished project met our expectations and his high standards. Thanks K&B. Our house is now the envy of the neighborhood.
