I was impressed with the presentation of my representative, Chelsea. Chelsea was very professional demonstrated by a pleasant tone of voice, displayed patience with questions asked, and was clearly quite knowledgeable regarding the services that Mitchell Pest currently offers. Additionally, Chelsea was able to start services immediately. Finally, the technician, Jarius came to the home explaining and detailing services needed with expertise and nicety. I have never had a service that cleared spider webs on the outside of the house! Jarius identified the problem quickly followed by assuring our family that Mitchell Pest Services will resolve the issue in a timely manner.

We called Mitchell Pest Services after getting an inspection from another company. Right off the bat, Mitch with Mitchell Pest Services explained the process thoroughly so that I knew exactly what my father could expect (my father needed a WDI report for a home equity loan). Mitchell’s inspection fee was a little less than half that of the other company. Mitchell also sent me photos to document their findings, which were not provided by the other company. The previous company provided no explanation on the paperwork as to what treatment needed to be done nor why it needed to be done, just that my father would need to pay $1680 before they would provide the report. It turns out that Mitchell Pest reported the same issues as the other company but the treatment for it ended up being $430 less than what the other company quoted. Mitchell Pest Services provided friendly, efficient service in a timely manner with highly professional communications throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing pest control services. Super job!

Christy is a phenomenal employee. All of my questions were answered and she was very attentive to my needs. I recently switched from another pest control company because the employees were difficult to reach and when we did have interaction, were generally passive and rude.
