It really feels like I've tallied up a thousand dollars worth of "work" without ever having paid for it simply through chatting with Richard! He's been unbelievably gracious with his time, knowledge, and eagerness to listen to problems, answer questions in an educational manner, and offer fair priced & logical solutions. His honesty and integrity were most impressive, b/c Richard was willing to let me know when something was outside his skillset (still knowledgeable about it, but just not his expertise in doing that specific task a certain way) and happy to recommend a company he felt would be able to do a good job on that project. In an age where customer service is virtually dead, I have had the BEST experience with Precision Pest Management! He knew exactly how to address the issues in my new house, was affordable, and truly available for questions after he left. The guy who regularly comes, Andre, is awesome! He knows what he's doing, pays attention to detail. We have small gardens for pollinators, and 3 kittens inside, I needed to understand how we could keep bugs out without harming the balance. Andre had questions answered before I even asked. I'm truly glad I found these guys! Don't waste your time going elsewhere?

The BEST exterminator in the 757!! My family and I have been using their services for YEARS! The owner really cares about his clients. He uses safe chemicals (safe for babies and pregnant mothers), and they work really well! Unfortunately, living in the Hampton Roads area means you'll most likely see a lot of water bugs. That's not a problem in my home anymore!! I tried a few other companies in the past, and I was never satisfied with the results. The water-bug sightings dropped significantly after the first visit from Precision!! If you're looking for QUALITY work at a great price (seriously, worth every penny) then USE THIS COMPANY!!
