Honestly 5 stars to the actual technicians that came out and did the work. They don’t set the prices. 0 stars for the pricing I’m a first time home owner and it’s a learning curve. My toilet started rocking and I wasn’t confident in my plumbing skills enough to attempt the fix myself. My philosophy has been ask a professional and learn for next time. I figured the job would probably cost me around $200 to pull the toilet and fix the issue. The issue being the degradation of the wax seal and needing to shim the toilet to make it more secure. I was told on the phone $95 for them to come out IF I don’t move forward with the work. If not that $95 doesn’t get charged and I just get charged for the work. Great, I expect to pay around $200 for this job anyway and I was comfortable with that. Double that is what I get for assuming (just NEVER assume). $467.89 is what they charged me. $421.10 with a military discount. I didn’t want to live with a rocking toilet anymore and I didn’t want to hand them $100 for nothing. That’s money I could have used to fix it myself which I should have just sucked it up and done anyway! It was only two wax seals, a new water line (which I’m pretty sure I didn’t need), new bolts and caps, shims and caulking. How is all that $400??? I’m honestly disgusted at their pricing. If you’re looking for a plumber to do a simple job, don’t go with Atomic. They’re crazy overpriced. Technicians were great though. I would have happily paid the $95 for their labor on top of the cost of the replacement parts, but unfortunately I paid double. Learn from my mistake!

This was my first experience with Atomic Plumbing. They were recommend by my neighbor. Jess, who answered Atomic's phone on a late Friday afternoon, was exceptionally helpful, extremely polite and so courteous! Jess was was able to schedule me for Saturday..... and there was no extra charge for weekend service! Kale and Josh, who repaired the wall shut on/off valve to my refrigerator water dispenser could not have been more polite and courteous, as well as knowledgeable and professional!! They explained the repair and cost .... the process could not have been easier for me to understand!! I'm so pleased with their quality of work and their kindness! Two really nice guys who know what they're doing....... TOTALLY AWESOME!!

Mike C is a truly talented Plumber. He has the knowledge and the hand skills to complete the job properly. He takes no shortcuts and does every step in a timely manner and in order.With the sheet rock off the wall being involved, I was impressed that Mike cleaned up often so the mess never got too big. By doing this, he was always working in a clean work area,… and my house is perfectly clean. I really appreciate that. From the first moment that Mike walked in the house and listened to my problem, I knew he was a first class mechanic Plumber. He knows the proper way to diagnose and to fix the job. The previous Plumber from two years ago, took a shortcut and cut part of the pipe and put in a rubber coupling with two clamps. He still charged me $1000. He took a shortcut instead of taking out the entire pipe like Mike did. The previous Plumber took a shortcut and only took out one little piece, so now, two years later I had to have it all redone. My sink would still never drain when the last plumber did it. Now I can drain two sinks of water at the same time. It is amazing. Mike C is my new plumber. Please write it down Atomic. Atomic plumbing Was on time after the office called and asked me if I was ready for the technician. Mike C. Worked hard and steady. He is friendly, speaks well and is very cordial. We had the best experience with Atomic Plumbing. We had struggled with other companies, but Kale, Hudson, and Dalton were very knowledgeable, experienced, and courteous. They thoroughly explained the situation and offered a few options that would make sense for us. They were clean, communicative and very efficient in their work. We felt well taken care of and confident in their diagnostic ability, and I was particularly impressed by their level of helpfulness and reasonable pricing. I 100% recommend Kale and atomic plumbing.

I am very happy with the service I received from Atomic Plumbing. We did a joint venture install on this water heater for my client, and that experience was great. The technicians that came out were fantastic, professional, and I am very pleased with the quality of work that was performed. The whole team was great from the front office, estimator, permit team, and technicians. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again in the future.

Not to sure why but my comments were not attached to photo? At any rate I commend David and all the staff at Atomic Plumbing to replace my water heater in my home. David the service technician arrived on time ready to get the job done. Although the old unit installed in December 2004, no longer repairable a new unit was installed. David was outstanding in the installation was more simple with a cut off lever for future maintenance. His work was excellent, fast and clean. I personally would and do recommend Atomic Plumbing to my friends and family requiring any type of plumbing work. Thanks again David for your competent professional demeanor and outstanding workmanship. M. Patterson

I called Atomic in the beginning of April with what I thought was a clogged pipe after a toilet wouldn’t flush. Atomic came out and uncovered the house’s original cast iron pipes were broken/ rotting/ not graded properly. While it turned into a bigger project than we imagined, Kale and Jamie were communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. They had to break through the slab to redo the pipes and while it was overwhelming for us, I had full trust the job would be done right. Photos included before it was repaired to show the obstacles they had to get through to reach the break since all their hard work is under sand/ concrete now. Highly recommend to anyone!

Mike and his team showed up within 3 hours of my frantic call to Atomic Plumbing. They were clean, professional and able to diagnose, recommend and replace my hot water heater in a few hours. They left my garage cleaner than when they went into into it; and Mike really took the time to explain how to use my new heater (after I clearly showed him that I know nothing about them ??) I feel confident that atomic will be accompany that can meet all my plumbing needs. Call them for a fair price, patience, professional install and even some laughs… thank you, Mike!!!
