Master Plumber Christian Adams performed quality work at an honest price for me and my family. Quick and effective service given with a smile. I could not ask for more and will be a customer for life with Mr. Rooter plumbing!
The team at Mr. Rooter were able to send a team to my house as soon as I called. Assessed and resolved our issues quickly and when a follow up appointment was needed they came out right away. They replaced a water heater for me and were in and out. Great team and would definitely call them again.

I am very pleased with Mr Rooter and the plumber Ed Stonich. I got a same day appointment. Ed was very knowledgeable of my dripping shower problem that I tried to fix my self but couldn’t. He finished the job in about an hour at a reasonable price. I will recommend them to friends.

My husband and I had Matthew A and Jacob C doing our entire plumbing and our sewer line. They were able to do a huge job in two days. They’re professional, Efficient, and amazing workers. I will definitely ask for them personally for any other plumbing or projects they can do.

Ed and Devin provided my family with an exceptionally professional and courteous experience today. What we anticipated to be a very routine ‘toilet clog’ visit was a surprising thorough wellness check on the plumbing in our entire home. This was just baked into the visit. They climbed into the attic to look in on our water heater. They checked the overall flow of the water in the home in order to be specific in finding the issue with the toilet. They even went as far as bringing along shoe covers, as to not track dirt around our home. We just weren’t expecting so much consideration. Thank you both. We will absolutely use your services again.:)

Although my hopeful free estimate I got was a simple problem, it turned out it was a major issue. I am thankful on how quickly the job got done…the company should be proud of the hard workers, Matthew Parker, Matthew Allen, Perrin, Jake, and Adam…what a great crew ! Thank you guys for knocking it out of the park and being quick and thorough. Today when I was driving on the interstate we drove by a Mr. Rooter van and my three year old daughter said “Look it’s our plumbers!” Thank you guys for everything !

I did not have a good experience with Mr. Rooter plumbing. Scheduling an appointment was easy and convenient. I was informed there would be a fee of 89.99 for the technician to come out if I did not use them for the service. Understandable. Before getting off the phone, I wanted to know what the price range was for a toilet install. I had two new toilets to be installed and removed the old toilets from the base. The lady informed me that I would have to talk to a technician for that. Once the technician arrived he smelled like smoke and seeing the job he immediately said it would not be able to be done. He tried to convince me that he would have to cut the wall and move the water line. The current water line in the guest bathroom was to long and needed to be shortened. Going into the wall would be overkill. I expressed that and was told to give him 15 min to write an estimate. He returned 30 to 35 min later with a quote of $1,232. For one toilet install was $405. I did not go with them and was able to get the toilet installed by shorting the water supply line and getting both toilets installed for a quarter of the $1232 I was quoted by Mr. Rooter. Im really disappointed in what they are trying to charge people.

Christian Adams is an excellent master plumber. I wanted a repair but it would've been over $700.00 to repair both of the inside tanks. Therefore, it was more economical to get 2 new toilets than spend money on repairs. He started the job at 3 pm and finished both toilets before 5 pm. My house was kept clean and he was friendly and provided great customer service.

Absolutely recommend Mr. Rooter for all plumbing needs. There was initially some issue with the emergency scheduling. But the work more than made up for it. Master Plummer Zane Albrecht was assigned to my situation. He came in identified the issue, came up with a solution, fully disclosed the work and costs, then got right to work. Within the hour he completely fixed the water line problem and got my kitchen back up and running. Furthermore, my original water line had a sort of DIY split from wall to sink and refrigerator. He gave the fridge its own line and made the hookup look good. He was friendly and professional, as well as efficient and knowledgeable. Not to mention, even with the after hours call they still weren’t the most expensive option. Could NOT be happier! Amazing work.
