Excellent!! Alert 360 had a cancelation and wanted to see me earlier than scheduled (2 days). The tech fixed my issue reprogrammed everything and was done in about 20 minutes. Great job!!!

Josh came out to my home and addressed all of my questions, concerns and security needs. Glenn came out and did the install and was very professional and neat and tidy. He walked me through the process of using my keypad and doorbell camera (which is awesome!) Coastal Security did a wonderful job setting up our new home. The consultation was informative and thorough, even for a tech geek like me. On installation day they set up a new touch door lock, garage door connector, touchscreen control panel, new door opening detectors, and a new motion detector with minimal fuss and all very clean. I'm very happy with their service.

Scott showed me the system and went over all the options with me and helped me pick out the things that work best for my application. I had my system installed by Will. The installation was painless and quick. He took the time to walk me through the system and ensure I knew how to use all the options. The controls for the system are easy to use and have many options. Only one issue came up that was taken care of quickly. I recommend them highly to all my friends and coworkers.
