They replaced my 40 year old windows and slider in my condo and I couldn’t be any happier! The windows and door are super easy to open, clean & use! They keep the heat out and cut down on some of the sunlight too! The installation crew were awesome and walked me to each window to open & check them. They were polite and cleaned up afterwards! I just love my new windows & slider!

My friend recommended we use Better View & I’m so glad we did. Our sales rep, Matt LeBlanc, was great. He was honest, very knowledgeable, & not pushy at all. We had 23 windows replaced over the course of 2 days. Our installers, Tom & John, are some of the hardest working guys I have ever met. John ended up alone on the second day of install, & he seriously worked non-stop for over 6 hours to make sure the job was finished. At some point he had to send 2 screens back for repair, which weren’t ready when the job was completed. John assured me that someone would bring them by the following day & I gave him the final payment. And guess what happened!?! Their technician, Dave, called me that very next day & he was able to install them right away! Dave also helped tighten a couple of loose screens I noticed after installation….all on the spot & with a smile on his face. I am so impressed with Better View & think they are a prime example of how a business should treat their customers. They are true to their word. They had my final payment & still followed up. They were on time, courteous, & extremely hardworking. Please don’t hesitate to use them, they are the real deal & I will definitely recommend them to all my friends & family. We love our new windows…thank you Better View!! :)

Every aspect of dealing with Better View Windows for our new roof was perfect… The sales representative was honest, not pushy, and explained every aspect of the new roof process. When it came time to install the roof the workers were on time, took care to be careful with our shrubs and landscaping.and kept us in tbe loop on every aspect of the install. They cleaned up our yard exactly as they found it and provided opportunity for questions and answers if we had any. I would hire Better View without any reservations… I can’t imagine any company doing a better job..Thanks to all Better View employees who worked on our roof project for a job extremely well done……

She told me that the installers worked wonderfully together, and acted extremely professionally. Best of all, when I went to look at my new windows, I realized the glass was larger than the old ones. From the beginning Matt was great working with me to change things as I couldn’t make up my mind on what I wanted to do and ensuring my questions were answered. Mark was awesome, friendly, and ensured to keep me informed as he working on replacing all the windows and sliding patio door. He cleaned up after everything he did and I was very impressed he did all the windows on his own seamlessly. They also gave a military discount which was much appreciated.
