John, Shawn and their crew did a great job. Professional, courteous, and hard working! They identified a pre- existing problem and made a quick repair. This is the second time I've used Window World for my home. I highly recommend them for quality workmanship, a great product, and even better price.
Ean and Steve were very professional and did a Fantastic job. Had no problem answering questions along the way without interrupting the rhythm of the work to be done.

Please pass on to Luke and his team how impressed we were of the professional installation that his team was able to accomplish for us. They arrived on time with all the windows and door and started work immediately. They were all well versed in the product they were installing and answered any questions that we had related to the installation and schedule. The installation was done expeditiously and in an organized plan of action. We are very satisfied with the outcome. The windows are of a good quality and the overall cost was a great value. I would recommend Window World to anyone that’s seeking to replace windows in their home or business.

19 windows & 1 door in 4.5 hours. John’s crew was absolutely amazing!!! On time, professional, great work, cleaned up better than before they started. Love the new windows & door. I know window world has other install crews (Mikes crew, for 1)—if they do half as great as John’s crew you will be extremely satisfied. Highly recommend.

Our experience could best be summarized as "you get what you pay for".
We had Window World come out today for installation of several windows. They arrived late, after a last minute reschedule. They were originally scheduled to come Monday and called Monday to say they had vehicle trouble and would need to come Wednesday.
Some of the installed windows look nice, but all of the windows are dirty - with dirt and fingerprint smudges. Not sure if this is common practice or I'm being high maintenance - just pointing it out so you'll be prepared to clean your windows after they're installed.
Next, one of the biggest issues we have is the rounded trim. We were told that it would be seamless and appear exactly the way it did before. There are dents, pieces are fit together unevenly, and honestly it looks like an amateur installed the trim. Please see pictures to fully understand the issue.
Good luck with this company. If you have normal/average/easy windows - you should be good.
