The craftsmanship from Black Star Outdoors was incredible. The project manager, Ryan, keep us informed through the project and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Black Star Outdoors.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. From the high quality work done very quickly and efficiently, to the friendliness of the owner Mark and his entire crew, we were very happy we hired Black Star for our new deck build. You won’t be disappointed with them!! Thank you so much, we are loving spending time outside on this beautiful deck!

Building a new deck can sometimes feel like an overwhelming undertaking, but our experience with Black Star Home Improvement was nothing less than stellar. From the early period of concept and design, to the final delivery of our finished product, the Black Star team was transparent, informative, and thorough.
Our project included a 400 sq foot composite Trex deck with a lower, watertight patio. It is exactly what we wanted and the quality was superior. Even as I added upgrades and asked ENDLESS questions throughout the process, our Project Manager, Ryan, was a fantastic and supportive partner throughout the entire project. Now, we have exactly what I dreamed of and look forward to a lifetime of memories. Thanks Black Star!

We recently hired BlackStar Home Improvements to pull and replace our deck. After several astronomically priced quotes and some unnecessary power point presentations later, we met Mark, the owner. He was super down to earth and friendly. Right away, we knew he was trustworthy and running a good, quality business. Not only did he come in at almost 1/2 the sticker price of the big wig companies, the process was seamless. Once we got HOA and county permits, the project manager, Ryan took over and was phenomenal to work with. He communicated with us daily on what to expect throughout the process and answered any questions we had. The laborers were also friendly and courteous. The job was completed within the estimated time frame and met all of our expectations. There were no hidden additional costs and it was by far, the best experience with a contractor that we have ever had. BlackStar has built many of the decks in our neighborhood and comes highly recommended.
