I would highly recommend them! They were efficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating! The technician I worked with was Andrew F. He did a wonderful job explaining to me what was going on and what needed to be done and gave me several options, depending on what they found when they went in, so I was well prepared on the costs depending what needed to be done. They are a small company and definitely customer service is top of their game.
Great experience with Service First. The name really identified who they are. Fast response, reliable and on alwasy time. They provide updates on the day of your service and provide options for repairs or replacement. The pricing in my opinion is very competitive and fair. They don't have all the ad on fees like the bigger brick and motar service providers. Just don't waste time calling the other guys, call Service First Heating and Cooling, and ask for Seth he will not let you down.

Great service! It started with the phone call with Seth. He showed care for the situation the customer was in not having no AC in this very hot week. It wasn't just about the service call or the money for a repair. When Andrew got here, he was super professional, explained exactly what he was doing and what was needed to make the customer relax about the cost of the repair and that he was only doing what exactly needed done. The professionalism and care both displayed won me over for any heating and air needs I have in the future. Call this place! You won't be disappointed!

My experience with Service First has been exceptional from start to finish! My initial phone call was answered promptly and professionally. I received texts updating me on appointments and arrival time of the technician. When Jerry arrived promptly, he was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed my heat pump issue, presented me with options and got it repaired the same day. Their prices are very reasonable and their maintenance plans are outstanding! I will definitely be using them for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future!

I have had my fare share of experience with repair companies but this has been the best. Seth set up my appointment with ease. When Andrew came out he was prompt, clean, professional and friendly! He clearly explained all the options, and never once tried to upsell me for something I didn’t need. Now I know why they have consistently 5 Star ratings! Thanks Gentlemen!

Outstanding customer service! I contacted Service First after hours on a Monday and got a call back from Seth within minutes. He was professional, courteous and friendly and got me on his schedule very quickly. Service First will be my go-to guys for A/C problems in the future!

Very professional and prompt business. My mom’s AC went out and we tried to originally go through our original installer. They ghosted us after more than 3 weeks of back and forth. I called Service First after finding them on Google. They were very transparent about fees and costs, notifying me they could be there after hours but it’s considered an emergency or if it could wait, they’d be there the next day. We chose to wait. Andrew, our tech, was able to diagnose the problem and provided a few options. We were able to get my mom’s HVAC back working in quick order. I appreciate how easy they were to work with. When I had questions on why they thought it was that part, they were able to provide details such as multimeter readings and explain what the manufacturer ranges were and what our out of range values meant. I’d do business again.

First time calling Service First and will use them again when I need to. The technician Andrew arrived exactly at the stated time. He diagnosed my problem and offered a real solution instead of just trying to get me purchase a new unit. I appreciate the honest work. Overall a good experience at a reasonable price. I recommend them.

Air conditioning went kaput the first time we turned it on this spring. Got this company's name from local neighborhood website. Owner Jerry picked up on second ring at 4 in the afternoon, and shockingly said he could have a tech at my house within the hour. At 5, his tech Andrew - a very polite and knowledgeable young man - ran diagnostics and quickly determined that a refrigerant valve went bad and required replacement. Part was available at another location so they had the system up and running in 48 hours. VERY impressed and dogs happy!
I highly recommend this local company. Honest, efficient and trustworthy.
