I highly recommend Proffitt interiors. I recently had a single window replaced in a bay window area, resulting in a protrusion of the carriage part of an existing shade. Not only was Pamela creative with ideas to camouflage the problem, but she led me through a perfect design & choice of materials and trim. I was exceptionally pleased with the entire process, as well as installation of the rods and new curtain valances.
Reached out to Pamela in early August for 5 rooms of custom drapery, knowing this is a bit of a journey. Pamela's personal care and attention are, by far, the biggest advantage she has over every other custom window treatment provider. Once we made up our minds on the patterns and material, Pamela stayed in constant contact with us from order to finish, including making on-the-fly, in-field, same-day adjustments to fit. Could not have expected a better experience than what we got. 100% recommend!

Searching for window blind businesses, we found Proffitt Interiors among others. The 5 star ratings and comments left by other customers, were the reason we checked them out. So glad we did. They helped us in deciding the style of blinds we needed, explained the process, installed them quickly and as promised. We were treated like we were their only customer and their experience in window treatments have left us with windows that compliment our rooms.

Pamela and Victor are the absolute best! I am currently working with them to create beautiful window and wall treatments for my home. They are very meticulous and the quality of the work is excellent! Exquisite fabrics throughout the shop. If you want a beautiful home, Beyond Blinds by Proffitt Interiors is the place to shop!

Had a great experience with Beyond Blinds. We had shades installed on our nontraditional windows. Received individualized attention from Pamela-she couldn’t have been more attentive, even coming out to our house to help us decide on color and style. She and her husband installed the shades. Both very pleasant, careful, competent people. 5 stars all the way.q
